Right of withdrawal/return
You have the right to return the goods received without giving any reason within 60 days by returning the goods. The cancellation period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and these instructions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (name, address, telephone number, email address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or an email to support@zeromouse.com). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, the services and products received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. usage advantages).
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund you. This needs to happen within 14 days after the notification of cancellation; our refund to you will not happen before we receive the returned device. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
In case of deterioration of the goods, we may claim compensation for that. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a store.
Instructions for returning goods
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging or the outer packaging to hand, you should use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
