The ZeroMOUSE™ cat flap is the first to combine AI-based facial and prey recognition in a single cat flap. Instead of a microchip or collar, it recognizes your cats directly by their faces. You can train the app to recognize all your cats—and only they will be granted access to the house.

 

If the AI detects a mouse, a bird, or another prey animal in your cat’s mouth, the flap automatically remains closed. This prevents your cat from bringing its prey into the house. The technology behind it is based on the proven ZeroMOUSE™ system, which is already in use by more than 15,000 customers with the ZeroMOUSE™ adapter.

 

You can conveniently control the cat door from anywhere using the accompanying app. You can track your cats’ comings and goings and set various access restrictions, such as time-based access rules.

 

The design was also crafted with everyday practicality in mind. The gray tunnel hides dirt more effectively, ensuring a neat appearance for longer.

 

The ZeroMOUSE™ cat flap can be installed in most wooden and PVC doors. For many existing installations, the existing hole pattern can be reused. In many cases, the drill holes from compatible SureFlap and PetSafe cat flaps can be used; the cutout may need to be enlarged slightly, as additional technology is installed beneath the tunnel.

 

Power is supplied via USB-C, and the cat flap also requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. Adapters for glass and tunnel extensions are also available for special installation situations.
