What you’ll need

Take out your current microchip cat flap.
Thread the USB-C cable through the opening and make sure it reaches far enough for your ZeroMOUSE™ (about 6 cm sticking out below the flap).
Put your cat flap back in place.
Wipe down and dry the tunnel of your cat flap so it’s clean.
Insert the USB-C cable into your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 (but don’t connect the power supply yet).
Remove the protective film from the sticky pads underneath the ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0. Place it in the middle of the tunnel floor so it touches the back frame.
Check that the tunnel is empty – nothing should be inside (not even your hand).
Download the ZeroMOUSE™ app on your phone, set up your customer profile, and allow the app to use Bluetooth.
Plug in the ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 power supply and give it a moment to start. When the green light stays on, setup is done.
Add your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 in the app and wait until registration finishes.
Setup complete – your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 is now ready for use.
Installation without Adapter
If you have a cat flap from SURE PetcareorCloser Pets, ZeroMOUSE™ fits directly – no adapter needed.
Installation with Adapter
With PetSafe cat flaps, first attach the adapter under your ZeroMOUSE™, then install it into the tunnel.
