Het installeren van ZeroMOUSE™ duurt slechts 5 minuten – snel, eenvoudig en zonder gedoe!
Wat je nodig hebt
Zorg dat je het volgende hebt:
- een kattenluik met microchip al geïnstalleerd
- een USB-C-kabel die in de installatieruimte past (vermijd stoffen beklede types)
- een USB-voedingsadapter (met minimaal 2A uitgangsstroom)
- een schroevendraaier

Laten we beginnen!
Verwijder je huidige microchip kattenluik.
Rijg de USB-C-kabel door de opening en zorg dat deze ver genoeg reikt voor je ZeroMOUSE™ (ongeveer 6 cm die onder de klep uitsteken).
Zet je kattenluik terug op zijn plaats.
Veeg de tunnel van je kattenluik schoon en droog zodat deze schoon is.
Steek de USB-C-kabel in je ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 (maar sluit de stroomvoorziening nog niet aan).
Verwijder de beschermfolie van de kleefpads onder de ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0. Plaats deze in het midden van de tunnelvloer zodat deze de achterste frame raakt.
Controleer of de tunnel leeg is – er mag niets in zitten (ook je hand niet).
Download de ZeroMOUSE™-app op je telefoon, stel je klantenprofiel in en geef de app toestemming om Bluetooth te gebruiken.
Sluit de ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 voeding aan en geef het even de tijd om op te starten. Wanneer het groene lampje blijft branden, is de installatie voltooid.
Voeg je ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 toe in de app en wacht tot de registratie is voltooid.
Installatie voltooid – uw ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 is nu klaar voor gebruik.

Installatie zonder adapter
Als u een kattenluik van SURE Petcare of Closer Pets heeft, past ZeroMOUSE™ direct – geen adapter nodig.
Installatie met adapter
Met PetSafe kattenluikjes bevestig je eerst de adapter onder je ZeroMOUSE™, en installeer je deze vervolgens in de tunnel.

Installing ZeroMOUSE™ takes only 5 minutes – fast, easy, and without hassle!
What you’ll need
Make sure you have:
- a microchip cat flap already installed
- a USB-C cable that fits the installation space (avoid fabric-coated types)
- a USB power adapter (with at least 2A output current)
- a screwdriver
Tip: Place ZeroMOUSE™ into your cat flap before starting the app setup. Ensure the tunnel is completely empty so the device can calibrate correctly.
Let’s begin!

Take out your current microchip cat flap.

Thread the USB-C cable through the opening and make sure it reaches far enough for your ZeroMOUSE™ (about 6 cm sticking out below the flap).

Put your cat flap back in place.

Wipe down and dry the tunnel of your cat flap so it’s clean.

Insert the USB-C cable into your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 (but don’t connect the power supply yet).

Remove the protective film from the sticky pads underneath the ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0. Place it in the middle of the tunnel floor so it touches the back frame.

Check that the tunnel is empty – nothing should be inside (not even your hand).

Download the ZeroMOUSE™ app on your phone, set up your customer profile, and allow the app to use Bluetooth.

Plug in the ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 power supply and give it a moment to start. When the green light stays on, setup is done.

Add your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 in the app and wait until registration finishes.
Setup complete – your ZeroMOUSE™ 2.0 is now ready for use.

If you have a cat flap from SURE Petcare or Closer Pets, ZeroMOUSE™ fits directly – no adapter needed.
Setup with Adapter
For cat flaps from PetSafe, you’ll need an adapter. Place the adapter under the ZeroMOUSE™ before installing it in the tunnel.
Installation with Adapter
With PetSafe cat flaps, first attach the adapter under your ZeroMOUSE™, then install it into the tunnel.
